The Box

Daak arrives in a handcrafted sheesham wood box — polished to a soft, vintage finish, built to age with you.
It is not packaging, but an heirloom: a quiet archive meant to sit on your desk, your bookshelf, or beside your letters and diaries.
A box that holds not objects, but unfinished emotions.

The Letters

Inside, you’ll find five imagined letters (A5 size) — not written by the poets themselves, but inspired by their lives, their longings, and the truths they carried. Each one reimagines what they might have said, or what could have been left unsaid:

• Majaz — a letter from his grave, where the poet confesses how alcohol and despair consumed him, and pleads with his readers not to walk the same path.

• Jaun Elia — written in his final years, an apology to his wife for failing as a husband, a restless genius forever at war with himself.

• Parveen Shakir — a letter addressed to her from a woman in 2025, who feels only Parveen’s voice of intimacy and quiet defiance can understand her struggles today.

• Saadat Hasan Manto — written by a man in an asylum who believes he is Manto, calling out desperately to the writer too raw for his own time.

• Sahir & Amrita — not their own words, but an imagined one: a lover writing as if he were Sahir, to a beloved he names Amrita — a love forever incomplete.

Each letter is sealed within its own envelope, carrying a custom-designed stamp.

Inside Daak, you will find two exclusive handcrafted artisanal attars (6ml each), housed in brass and glass bottles with a traditional glass dip stick,  made to feel like heirlooms rather than containers.

• Hijr — the fragrance of Separation: steeped in silence, carrying the loneliness of nights without answers, and the heaviness of love that never returned. A scent that lingers like an unfinished goodbye.

• Visaal — the fragrance of Togetherness: tender, warm, and unending - like the first touch after years apart, like whispers meant only for two. A scent that stays close to the skin, like love refusing to let go.
