Return & Exchange Policy

At Sukhanvar, everything we make is made slowly and with intention. We want you to feel connected to what you receive. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Clothing All clothing at Sukhanvar is made to order. We offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery. For full details including conditions, customisation orders, and how to initiate an exchange, please refer to the exchange policy on the individual product page.

Fragrances and Attars Due to the nature of the product, fragrances and attars cannot be exchanged or returned once dispatched, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Candles Candles can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery if the product arrives damaged. Please write to us at letters@sukhanvar.com or WhatsApp at 8707260974 within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs and your order number.

Daak Edition I As a limited edition product, Daak Edition I cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Applicable Across All Categories We do not offer refunds. Store credit valid for 6 months is issued where applicable. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. Sale items, gift cards, and purchases made with discount codes are not eligible for exchange unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damage or Defect If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us at letters@sukhanvar.com or WhatsApp at 8707260974 within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. We will investigate and replace or repair at no cost to you once the item is received and approved at our end.

A Final Note We create with care and ask for mindful buying in return. When in doubt about sizing or any product, write to us before ordering. We would rather help you get it right the first time.
